Craig has extensive experience as a management professional, specialising in quality assurance, personnel management, workforce development and service delivery. He brings particular expertise in strategic planning and system design, having successfully led major strategic initiatives across government and industry.
His public sector experience includes senior director roles within Queensland Government, spanning regulatory leadership in the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority at the Department for Education, and key positions within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Craig previously served for 20 years in the Australian Defence Force.
In the mining industry, Craig led health, safety, environment and quality functions with Easternwell, supporting exploration and drilling contracts for major operators including Linc Energy, Xstrata, Adani, Santos and Chevron.
Craig previously served as Deputy Chair, and has been a Freemason for more than 19 years. He was formerly a volunteer Hand Heart Pocket Champion and Secretary of the Toowoomba and District Masonic Council. He is passionate about creating social impact within the broader Queensland community.
